Our values
We are committed to safety, dignity, and quality in everything we deliver. Since 1998, Em-Care has supported workplaces and communities with practical training and health-related services, backed by a strong focus on compliance and real-world outcomes.
As a Queensland-based provider and Registered Training Organisation (RTO #32509) since 2008, we take pride in being responsive, reliable, and easy to work with — supporting local communities while delivering services aligned to national standards.
Our approach
We deliver training and support that is practical, industry-aligned, and built around how people actually work. Our services span workplace health and safety, risk management, emergency response training, workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work coordination, and aged and disability care.
As an RTO, we provide everything from basic workplace inductions to nationally accredited courses, alongside job preparedness programs for people entering the resources, infrastructure, aged care, and disability sectors. We also offer integrated health services such as pre-employment screening to help clients streamline training and workforce requirements.
With seven-day access to services and a flexible delivery model, we help organisations reduce risk, meet compliance obligations, and keep operations moving.
