Career Transition Support – Aged Care & Disability
Career transition support is available for individuals seeking to enter or return to the aged care or disability support workforce.
This service supports people with prior informal or professional care experience who require nationally recognised qualifications to work in regulated care environments.
Training and assessment pathways are structured to align with current industry and compliance requirements.
Recognition of Prior Learning and Gap Assessment
Where applicable, existing skills and experience are assessed through a formal Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and gap assessment process.
This process identifies relevant prior experience and supports efficient progression toward qualification outcomes, in line with national training standards.
Nationally Recognised Training
Training pathways are delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #32509) and aligned to current aged care and disability sector requirements.
Available qualifications and units include Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability Support, Assist Clients with Medication, First Aid and CPR, and selected non-accredited industry training.
Workforce-Ready Outcomes
This service supports workforce readiness by aligning training outcomes with real workplace expectations and compliance obligations in aged care and disability settings.
